WHAT IS MALARIA?

  Malaria is a virus that is carried by female mosquitoes that mostly effects the continent of Africa. The people who are most affected by this disease are women and children. The symptoms include chills, a high fever, dry cough, vomiting, fatigue, and in eventually, death.

  In 2007, a person died of malaria every 30 seconds. In 2017, a person now dies from malaria every 2 minutes. With the help of people from all around the world, the death rate has been decreased significantly. Let's work together to get rid of malaria for good.
